Why did you become a personal trainer?

I love to be active, I have been trying different workouts for a long time and I would like to pass my knowledge onto others. I would like to help those who seek some advice and a bit of a boost of confidence in using the gym equipment like I sought once, especially in the free weight area. I know the ups & downs we all have and how it can affect our ability to exercise, therefore I called my business ‘MOTIVATION FITNESS’ and I will push you until you reach your AIM! 

How do you differ from other trainers?

Over the past year, i've been powerlifting and competing, therefore I know what it takes to reach your goals, whether it's strength related or just keeping fit. I have a vast knowledge regarding strength training, anatomy and relaxations techniques for muscles. I like to pay attention to details, I know the importance of a good posture and activating the right muscles to maximise the results, also I like to be goal-specific, as those who plan in advance and know what to do are always more focused and successful! Plan-motivate-achieve!

Favourite exercise/equipment?

Of course the Barbell, but also resistance bands and foam rollers…

Guilty pleasure?

Beer when rehearsing with my heavy metal band or on the beach :D
