Primal Instinct

Primal uses your body as your training tool to build a strong foundation and core. These classes incorporate the main primal bodyweight movements – Squat, Press, Pull, Bend, Twist, Lunge and Locomotion. Primal is a body weight workout with the addition of functional tools such as Suspension Trainers, SkillMill™ and resistance bands to add an extra challenge.
