Why did you become a personal trainer?

4 years ago I decided to make a change to my body and lifestyle. I could feel my self-confidence growing and I really started to understand the importance and benefits of exercising. I quickly became passionate about achieving results and I love that what used to be difficult for me to adapt to, has now became my lifestyle and I want to show other people that you can do it too!


How do you differ from other trainers?

The time you spend with me I will try to keep it fun! It is important to me that between myself and my clients that we are open and honest with one another. I want to keep exercise simple and not over complicate things so you will achieve your goals not only at Sweat but at home too.  

Favourite exercise/equipment?

My favourite exercise would be Lunges. You either love them or hate them! This was one of the first compound moves that I ever did and I remember being frustrated because I kept falling over!

The best equipment for me is the Barbell because it really is versatile and gives you great results.


Guilty pleasure?
