WHY DID YOU BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER?
In my early teens I suffered from severe Night Terrors and Anxiety which led me to being extremely tired and inefficient. I was overweight (almost 16 stone) and was leading down a path to more severe health issues. I realised to help me finally change my life I was going to have to understand the human body further. I became a Personal Trainer and was coaching clients throughout my University Degree (Musical theatre) and into my professional acting career. Now I have turned my life around and I am extremely passionate to do the same for others.
HOW DO YOU DIFFER FROM OTHER TRAINERS?
I aim to give you a positive and fun experience during your path to your desired goals. With my background I understand the difficulties of keeping on track with health programmes and balancing fitness with family and career. My plans will make all this easy for you and our time together will quickly become part of your weekly regime. Progression doesn’t just happen in the gym but at home and at work. However so does difficulties and barriers. This is why we will have constant communication and you can book in meetings or FaceTime calls for any questions, moral support or reminders.
There is nothing better than a good Olympic Bar!
