Why did you become a personal trainer?

My passion for all things bodybuilding/weight lifting and in general becoming the best version of myself has been the best and most rewarding journey by far, and with over 6 years of training and constant learning, I know the great results that a little knowledge and dedication can bring to people and I wanted to be the one to help others on their journey to a better lifestyle in body and mind.

How do you differ from other trainers?

I believe my approach to training and my motivating style of teaching differs me from other trainers, also everyone gets a personalised training/diet plan- no cookie cutter plans here.

Favourite exercise/equipment?

Deadlift (because you can’t be an ALPHA if you don’t)
