New Les Mills Instructor
We'd like to give a warm welcome to Jordan! The new instructor that will lead Les Mills GRIT PLYO and BODYPUMP new classes.
Tell us a bit about yourself…
I've been teaching group exercise for over 10 years and teach a variety of Les Mills classes - I also work for Les Mills as a master trainer and presenter.
What made you become an instructor?
I was inspired by the instructor who took me through my first class when I was only 15 years old - I knew from that moment I wanted to become an instructor.
What style of music do you use in your classes?
I love all different kinds of music but my favourite type of music at the moment to work out to is dub step type music - the beat really helps you to push through.
What’s your favourite move/exercise?
The squat! You can never do enough legs.
Most unusual item in your gym bag?
Probably a rotten banana!
Most likely thing to hear in your classes….
Something technique related - I'm big on everyone having great technique!
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Chilli favoured chocolate!!
