Les Mills Launch Night at SWEAT! Glasgow

This month, our timetable is about to get even bigger and better, with the exciting launch of Les Mills at SWEAT! Glasgow.

On 15th May, we will be introducing four exhilarating Les Mills classes designed to give your workout a fantastic boost and keep you on track, whatever your fitness goal.  With great music and an instructor team guaranteed to motivate and inspire, you’re bound to see fast results, whatever your level of fitness.  Set yourself a new challenge with these fabulous classes - come along and see what everyone is talking about!    

Here’s the low down on what’s involved:

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast!  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a whole body workout.  You’ll leave this class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYATTACK ™

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for complete beginners to total workout addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.  By the end of this class you’ll be bursting with endorphins and ready to take on the world.

Les Mills GRIT™ Strength

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups, for an excellent all round workout.  

Les Mills GRIT™ Plyo

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and help you build a lean and athletic body.

Les Mills GRIT™ Cardio

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

BODYATTACK 18:25-19:10

BODYPUMP 19:20-20:05
