How do you differ from other trainers?
I don’t overcomplicate the process. Keeping things relatively simple and getting the basics right is so important to proper human mechanics and achieving goals injury free. My approach to weight loss is completely realistic and achievable. You'll be surprised how quick and enjoyable it is with the right guidance and encouragement all tied in with a good laugh!
For me, I love a Handstand!
Favourite piece of equipment is the TRX as the sheer number of exercises and training outcomes that it can be utilised for is incredible!
