Why did you become a personal trainer?

I was a competitive gymnast and swimmer giving me an understanding of training, physical fitness and nutrition from a young age. By working with a wide variety of clients, I've seen preventable injuries and health issues that have been the result of one dimensional training, inactive lifestyles and radical diets. I have a massive passion for coaching people towards a more fulfilled and enjoyable life through improvements in their body composition, physical fitness and mental wellbeing!

How do you differ from other trainers?

I don’t overcomplicate the process. Keeping things relatively simple and getting the basics right is so important to proper human mechanics and achieving goals injury free. My approach to weight loss is completely realistic and achievable. You'll be surprised how quick and enjoyable it is with the right guidance and encouragement all tied in with a good laugh!

Favourite exercise/equipment?

For me, I love a Handstand! 

Favourite piece of equipment is the TRX as the sheer number of exercises and training outcomes that it can be utilised for is incredible!
