What do you do?
- L3 Personal Trainer & L2 Fitness instructor
- Kettle bell instructor
- Indoor cycling instructor
Why did you become a personal trainer?
I have been competing in sports since a young age, from baseball and ice-hockey to muay thai. Now, my focus is making progressive and interesting plans for my clients. I am also focused on gaining more knowledge about the human body, so that I can understand how to help my clients reach their goals.
How do you differ from other trainers?
Ensuring that my clients have the correct technique is very important to me, I also make every session interesting and motivating. I have had many trainers, but only those who pushed me to the limit helped me make real changes- there will be times when I will push you and you won’t like it, but you will thank me later.
I like to look for different exercises to keep my workout fresh, but I always come back to the HIIT where I take my body out of its comfort zone using kettle bells, battle ropes, bodyweight exercise etc.
