Why did you become a personal trainer?
If we look better, we feel better, but it can be a real struggle to know where to start or how to keep motivated. I provide constant support and a structure that will get you on track, right from the start, to having the body that you want and deserve. My aim is to support you in becoming more fit and healthy, whilst helping you to feel more body confident.
How do you differ from other trainers?
My forte is in body transformation, with over 11 years of training and knowledge in sculpting and toning, from my background in weight training from a very young age.
I understand that we all have our own likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, which is why each program is tailored to your goals and preferences. The support I offer is a reflection of my two year level 4 qualification in Counselling in the person centred approach. Achieving your goals is as much mental as it is physical.
My services offer monthly packages, 1-1 personal training, weekly adjustable training programmes, nutritional advice and information, unlimited support via phone and online, food diary analysis, and progress tracking.
