Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
Fitness and general wellbeing have always been a keen interest and passion of mine from an early age. I have always been active ranging from sprint races, football and skateboarding during my early teenage years to early twenties. Eventually, my active lifestyle lead to the next chapter in my life of bodybuilding gym culture, muay thai and MMA disciplines. I have never looked back since.
I believe that each and every one of us will always have much to learn and grow from no matter what level of experience. I particularly enjoy helping others work towards and achieve their goals. It is a truly rewarding experience when you can leave a positive lasting impact on someone else’s life. Becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression and obvious easy choice to make.
How do you differ from other trainers?
I am driven by results and the process of the journey that my clients go through. It doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned gym veteran, I can assure you that I can provide a complete experience package that will challenge you while keeping you on the right track towards achieving your desired goals. I personally like to maintain a good, healthy relationship with my clients where I am always keeping you on your toes. The workouts will always be fun, vibrant yet challenging with levels tailored to your needs and abilities. I believe that a good trainer to client connection is key to making this work in your best interest.
I would say that my favourite exercise would be tricep dips because it is a fantastic exercise which requires a certain degree of upper body strength to perform, it is also a great builder for one of my favourite muscle groups too. My favourite equipment would probably be dumbbells just because they are so versatile.
