Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
I became a personal trainer 5 years after becoming a member of a gym. The reason I became a personal trainer was because I had been able to change my body/mind. So, I thought I could help others do the same. Feel elated through fitness, training and a proper sustainable diet, this is why I chose the name Elation Fitness Training.
How do you differ from other trainers?
The difference from me and other personal trainers, is I won’t give you the chicken and rice diet. I am not only here for your 1-1 sessions, I provide you with full support when we work together on top of our 1-1s. I would class my type of training totally different to the average personal trainer, as I follow science based training as well as my own input that I have gathered over the years. This consists of going through each component of fitness (strength, speed, power, CV etc).
It's got to be the prowler and muscle ups.
