I love the idea that one day you may be working on a footballer's speed and agility, the next day you're helping a client increase mobility throughout their body, and then another assisting a client in achieving their PB in their Deadlift.
I'm different only in the way I think and train my clients, which some clients may find more beneficial, easier to understand and/or suited to their goals.
Favourite [piece of] equipment? The human body... It is capable of so much and we can constantly challenge and push it, constantly surprising ourselves with it's capabilities. Learn to control and use your own body to the best of your ability and it'll never cease to amaze you...
Guilty pleasure... I don't think it's a guilty pleasure but I have a big soft spot for 80s music and romantic comedies...
