You only need enough space to lie down for this one and no equipment needed - so no excuses!

Complete all exercises with minimal rest to Toe Touches and then return back to Prisoner Squats... That's one round! Complete minimum 3 x rounds!
 
  • 15-20 x Prisoner squats (Bodyweight squats with hands behind head)
  • 10-15 x Pike Presses (Pressups with hips in the air)
  • 10-15 x Pressups 

  • 20 x Mountain Climbers (Count one leg only)
  • 30 sec Plank
  • 15 x Reverse Ab Curls (Lift knees towards chest)
  • 15 x Toe Touches (Legs in the air or level with the knees)
