- 10-15 x Pike Presses (Pressups with hips in the air)
- 10-15 x Pressups
- 20 x Mountain Climbers (Count one leg only)
- 30 sec Plank
- 15 x Reverse Ab Curls (Lift knees towards chest)
- 15 x Toe Touches (Legs in the air or level with the knees)
