Member of the Month - March
Congratulations on our March Member of the Month - Mark Macdonald!
Mark has been an extremely dedicated member, training 5 times per week with his Personal Trainer, Dean.
We believe Mark deserves to be our Member of the Month because of his dedication and the outlook he has on his training! You will never see him without a smile on his face, and he is always there for a bit of banter and a good giggle with staff and fellow members! His hard work is really paying off and he is seeing differences in all dimensions of his fitness, from strength to cardiovascular. Thanks for being an outstanding member and giving us all inspiration! Congratulations Mark, this is a small token of our gratitude, it’s always amazing to see people change their lifestyle and be a positive energy in and around the club.
