Member of the Month - July
Congratulations to our July Member of the Month – Martin.
Martin found that group workouts were fantastic in helping him get into his stride, at SWEAT! As soon as he’d settled into a routine, there was no stopping him. Now, he’s pumping weights and feeling better than ever. Martin tells us the welcoming atmosphere, here, alongside encouragement and advice from Marcus, has spurred him on to achieve his much-deserved success.
Here's what Martin has to say
"I joined SWEAT! just after it opened in January. It took me a few weeks to get into the swing of things but once I started doing the classes, I really began to enjoy myself! Just having to be there on time and working with other people, really boosts your motivation. I signed up for the weight loss programme, where I met Marcus. I fancied trying some weight training but I was a bit daunted by it. Marcus talked me through what we could work on, which really helped and we’ve now been working together for about three months. I feel great - stronger, thinner and I have a lot more energy. I like to go on cycle trips and I can really feel the difference since I’ve been working at SWEAT! especially climbing the hills! I was a bit shy about coming to the gym at first but all the staff are so friendly and supportive that I really look forward to coming in as much as I can."
