20 x 5kg SLAM BALLS
20 x BATTLEROPE SLAMS
20 x BOX JUMPS (18 inch or 24 inch)
How fast can you do it?
- The slam ball must come above your head each time
- The Battleropes must come above your head each time
- Box jumps: both feet must be planted for rep to count
It can be done in any order, however, all reps must be completed of each until they are all done!
