Its time to try Suspension Training...

If you're looking to take your bodyweight training to the next level then why not try suspension training?

Helping to develop core strength as well as improving balance and joint stability, the suspension trainers (found on the rig in the Matrix area) are great for an all round work out, or to focus on one area you’d like to develop. Try this lower body workout-

For an effective lower body warm up, complete 10 reps of each exercise. Or, for a main workout, complete 12 reps of each exercise, followed by 30 seconds on the skill mill on the sled setting. Rest for 1 minute after 1 full circuit and then complete as many times as you can!

1. Jumping squats

2. Side lunges

3. Single leg squats
