Battle Ropes

Challenge:

How many battle rope slams can you complete in 1 minute?

Tips: 


Engage your core, and ensure that you are in the correct stance for the duration of the challenge: standing facing the anchor point with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.


Rules:


A ‘slam’ is when one or both ropes hit the ground. You can do double or alternate slams, whichever you would prefer. You must be holding on to both ends of the rope with both hands at all times.
